Below you will find a list of documents that will help you navigate your way through the school year. You can also find them in the Guidance Office.

SENIORS

• The Senior Survey - All seniors should complete this survey form in the fall. The information that you provide is instrumental in writing college and scholarship recommendation letters for both Counselors and Teachers. Also, print first, then complete.
• College Visit Form - Students must complete this form at least 24 hours prior to the scheduled visit.
